Description of Work: I asked for someone to stop by and diagnose the root cause of a sulfur smell in my plumbing. I told the man on the phone that I'd like it diagnosed and fixed as soon as possible. He said he'd come out the next evening.

Description of Work: McCalister came and pumped out our septic tank. I also needed a drainage pipe from our basement cleared of roots; they came and snaked it out, clearing the drain that was backing up. They came out a third time to give me an estimate on replacing pipes and to look at the state of our septic drainage field. They were very polite and professional. I appreciated the extra mile they went to give me advice on the septic system; they were knowledgeable and even said that a "fix" for part of the system probably wasn't worth the money it would cost because it wouldn't make much of a difference. I felt they were honest and would give the best possible service, not just create a job to make some money.
