Jim spent many hours in our crawl space installing new pipes, and plumbing parts necessary for this bath installation. The bath is more than I could hope for. A perfect solution for a much needed bath on the lower level. His work is impeccable.

Jim did all 3 of my projects in one day. He is very professional and does a great job. The thing I really like about him is his honesty. He's very good with estimates and comes as close as possible to a price that he quotes you. When I got home, my kitchen and bathroom were just as clean as he found them. I could barely tell that he'd been there! Everything works great!

The experience was wonderful. I had a particular window in mind. Jim Waites recommended another which worked out better for our older home and saved us money. The job was completed quickly and Jim even washed the windows before he left. We are planning to have Jim remodel our kitchen in the Summer.

He arrived on time and is very honest and professional about his work. He explains what he's doing and asks if you have questions. I have more work I'd like for him to do and he looked it over and asked which one I'd like to have done next. He wasn't pushy and stated when he could come back after his vacation over spring break. I have several kinds of big projects I would like done and I trust him implicitly to do them right. Really great guy and great contractor.
