Description of Work: Replaced old plaster walls with drywall. Replaced rotted subfloor. New tile, wainscotting, installed new plumbing fixtures. I was really at a loss at what styles to choose. Jim made some wonderful suggestions that matched the architectural style of my house. He's very creative.

 + -1 moreJim spent many hours in our crawl space installing new pipes, and plumbing parts necessary for this bath installation. The bath is more than I could hope for. A perfect solution for a much needed bath on the lower level. His work is impeccable.
Description of Work: We had a very small closet converted into a half bath on the lower level of our home.

 + 0 moreJim did all 3 of my projects in one day. He is very professional and does a great job. The thing I really like about him is his honesty. He's very good with estimates and comes as close as possible to a price that he quotes you. When I got home, my kitchen and bathroom were just as clean as he found them. I could barely tell that he'd been there! Everything works great!
Description of Work: Jim installed a new bathroom window for me and also fixed my main bathroom toilet. He also installed a brand new garbage disposer and replaced my outside faucet that had cracked due to cold weather.

 + -1 moreThe experience was wonderful. I had a particular window in mind. Jim Waites recommended another which worked out better for our older home and saved us money. The job was completed quickly and Jim even washed the windows before he left. We are planning to have Jim remodel our kitchen in the Summer.

 + 1 moreHe arrived on time and is very honest and professional about his work. He explains what he's doing and asks if you have questions. I have more work I'd like for him to do and he looked it over and asked which one I'd like to have done next. He wasn't pushy and stated when he could come back after his vacation over spring break. I have several kinds of big projects I would like done and I trust him implicitly to do them right. Really great guy and great contractor.
Description of Work: He replaced my old bathroom fan with a newer quieter fan. Did a very professional job and cleaned up all of his mess. He also changed the locks on 2 of my main entry doors.
