I called and the phone was answered promptly. I was told they would come out either that evening or the next day. They pulled up as I was arriving home from work. We discussed the tree but he wanted to talk with the homeowner to make sure they had no objections to the removal of the remainder of their tree and having to drive through their yard to get the job done. He offered to do it the next day after we agreed on price. I came home and the tree limb was gone. He also took down some additional limbs. I was very happy with the promptness of their service.
