We've always used Unique Heating and Cooling. He's always reliable and always on time. He actually did a job for me and he could have stiffed me for a whole new heater and it would have been covered by insurance, but he told me it didn't need to be replaced. He fixed what was wrong with it and just took care of it.

He arrived on time. He was very friendly and easy to talk with. He explained what needed to be repaired, showed me the part that needed to be replaced, and then he fixed the problem. We are having him come back to service our air conditioner next month. This is our HVAC person from now on!
