Ts Construction

Contracted in the fall of 2009 with 50% payment at contract signing. Work not started until about April, 2010 and on a Sunday! It started to rain with about 70% of the tear off complete and had water leaking inside the house. New drip edge, black paper and shingles looked pretty good by the following Tuesday when completed. Paid the balance of 50% on the Monday proceeding the finish on Tuesday cause he needed the money. The big problem came with the next rain a few days later. All the rain water was not being directed into the gutter system with a fair portion running down the metal face continuing on to soak the windows, deck and sidewalks. I took pictures to show the problem and called Mr. Schwartz. He promise to come and look over what he needed to do to fix the problem the next morning. No show and many, many calls and messages left went un-answered. Called from a different number and reached Mr. Schwartz and mentioned possible legal action which  him to "I'll send my guy over tomorrow. Still nothing a year later. Get his insurance and bonding companies and check them out before considering hiring his company would be my advice. I'll never use his services again.
