The exterior of my house was overdue for repainting.  I knew there were rotting moldings, badly caulked windows that needed to be completely resealed, and high up trim that would need extensive scraping and sanding.  I was afraid the amount of prep work required would make the project prohibitively expensive.  Or worse, I would pay a lot of money for a poor outcome.
Riley painting far exceeded my expectations.  The owner, Guy Riley, addressed every one of my issues in his initial estimate.  He even planed to fix a door I thought was unfixable. (It turned out beautifully.)
The work began sooner that estimated, which was fantastic.  The painters were highly skilled, detail oriented, professional??. and really nice. 
My house was power washed, scraped, sanded, calked and rotting molding were replaced or repaired.  They painted behind my outdoor light fixtures, and took off the door hardware to paint the doors.  Since I was also getting new gutters, they took down the old gutters and sealed the wood behind the gutters.  They used high quality paint that is guaranteed for many years.
In any project, there will be surprises.  In my project there were only three small issues found that were outside the original estimate.  They were communicated quickly and resolved reasonably.  
When the project was finished, every paint chip was vacuumed and my windows were washed.  
I really couldn?t be happier.  It felt like Riley Painting treated my house and property as if it were their own.  I would unconditionally recommend Guy Riley and Riley Painting.

They worked with me on the tight schedule I had, the estimate was very reasonable, and the work was done within estimate 
on time, and completely to my satisfaction. Highly recommend them.

Painters arrived, finished the job in good time, Mr. Riley inspected all areas at the finish and touch ups were made.
