He was very professional and got the job done. Did a full inspection of the piano and stated a plan to get the piano tuned correct. I liked having a plan setup, due to this being our first piano and how old the piano was.

Mr. Miller was extremely prompt, responsive, and professional. We scheduled an appointment over the phone. Mr. Miller was on time, and he even took of his shoes in my house because it was snowing outside and they were dirty. He played the piano, investigated the tuning, and looked at the condition of the strings, keys, finish, and action. He looked at the serial number and the heating system. The whole time he was explaining what he was doing and what he saw so I could follow along. He decided that the piano didn't need to be tuned right now. It was a little flat in some of the lower keys, but not much, and he said because it's dry right now if we brought it up to pitch it would go quite sharp in the summer. So, we scheduled a follow-up appointment for May to adjust the tuning. He also measured the humidity of my house so I could make adjustments if necessary and made some recommendations for preserving the finish and polishing the pedals.Mr. Miller then wrote a short letter describing the condition of the piano and it's history, which he discussed with me over the phone and then mailed to me. Mr. Miller was very thorough and respectful, and I was very, very satisfied with his service.
