It didn't go anywhere.

It went great. They did a great job and had it done in a half a day. They cleaned up well and everything. I would highly recommend them.

He walked around the yard with me observing what the problems with the lawn were and explaining some of the steps he could take eventually to help us before we actually get into some serious landscaping. He also referred us to someone to do the actual work of tearing up/loosening our soil and leveling it out all over again. Unfortunately, after I made an appointment with this man to which he referred us, the fellow did not show up as scheduled, nor did he contact us to either apologize for not showing or explain and schedule another appointment. It was so offputting that I have not had any of the work done by anyone because this is the third time we've attempted to get help, each tiem with someone else, and they don't follow through. Very disappointing. However, I would not say that Maintainable Landscapes was responsible for this problem. They simply aren't the right folks for what we need done at this time and their referrel fell through. I would still like to work with them in the future. Because Rob (of Maintainable Landscapes) was so clearly professional and attempted to be helpful, I don't want to rate him low. It is only that his referral wound up being unresponsivle that I lowered the overall rating - I didn't feel I could yet fully rate Maintainable Landscapes since we have not actually had work done by them yet.

I had a problem with my retaining wall because of the chipmuncks, and they came out and fixed it for free. Also, he showed up on time and did everything he said he was going to do! The contact is Rob.

Rob and his crew are very, very hard workers and a great value for the money. They took the initiative and went far beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend this crew to anyone.

Rob and his staff landscaped our front yard in 2009. We told Rob we are lazy and need a front yard that will not need any maintenance. True to the company's name, the landscaped area truly is maintenance-free. He planted nice shrubs and plants that thrive even with hardly any care or watering.

Every 2 years we have Rob replenish the mulch in the area he worked on. He did excellent work in 2009 and that is why we still have him do the replenishing. Maintenance Landscape is not particularly cheap. On the other hand, the company does very good work so we get a good return on the investment. We are so pleased that we're planning to ask him to do additional landscaping in another area of the front yard.

The project went very well. the crew showed up on time with all of the necessary material.
They worked diligently and efficiently and completed the project as estimated.
This is reason we continually recall the team and annual maintenance .

Excellent, Rob spent a lot of time working with us on a plan for the expansion of the patio. He was very patient and never pushed us for an answer. He provided opportunity to see the multiple paver colors and also to personally see the various light equiptment and granite countertops.

All went very well.
