We signed the agreement August 23, 2009. We have given him money all along to buy the materials for the garage, so far we have given him $18,500. So far, all he has done is the frame work. The roof is on the garage but not shingled. We have been calling him quite a bit, when we asked why the materials had not been delivered. He basically told us that he has bad credit with the place that he is getting the materials from so he does not have the money to get the materials even though we already paid him. He told us that he used the money we gave him to pay the salaries to workers for another job he had done. We told him 2 weeks ago to stop the work until he could produce a detailed list of everything he has spent on our project and he has not produced this list for us. He is unreliable, dishonest and lied to us. The thing that upsets us the most is that he has lied to us so much all along.
