Customer service was very good - we initially started discussions in February and were slow to make a decision.  We were contacted after we decided what we wanted to inform us that if we waited just a bit longer, we could save some additional money.  We were given recommendations on how to stay within our budget and came away with a very nice looking house as a result of the blinds that were installed.  I would definitely work with Cline's in the future.

I was happy with the process. Both molly the salesperson and the installers. I was given options on the installation by the installers. I'm very happy with my investment.

Clines has done a superb job for us.
Each time the process went like clockwork, from selection to installation.
Everyone we encountered was courteous and attentive, particularly Linda (sales) & Kerry (owner).
They are timely, our walls don't get beat-up, we never get unraveling seams (you can't even find them), and the place is spotless when they are finished.
Yes, we could have found less expensive alternatives.
However, each time the quality of the people, materials, and installation keeps us coming back to Clines.

Excellent!! Above and beyond what we expected! We were having a very large and important party on June 1, 2013 and Molly & her team at Clines were able to fabricate, construct and install everything by Friday, 5/31/2013. This was amazing given that I only delivered the fabric for the outdoor panels the Tuesday before the party! We were all ecstatic.

My experience with them was outstanding. They did a fantastic work. They were on top of everything. Linda Wallace, who was the designer we worked with, she is excellent at looking at something and figuring out what is the best use of space. We built the house ourselves, but this kitchen is much more functional, much better layout now than it ever was. I have recommended them to my friends.

Verry poorly. They also sent an unsigned contract to a lender without our knowledge.
Response from Cline's Carpets, Blinds, and Frame Joynt
"This job was completed in 2008. The member's never mentioned to the sales associate BEFORE the installation that they had squeaky floors near their outside walls. It was only after the installation was completed by Clines that they mentioned it. Clines returned to the member's home up to six times to work on the floor. We removed some of the new laminate to do additional work on the old floor that had squeaked previously. Their floor actually gave under foot up to 1/4" along the wall in two small areas. The fact is the house had some stuctural issues in the squeaky areas. Clines personnel went beyond the extra mile at their own expense in attempting to correct these structural problems that were existing in the old floor long before the new laminate was installed. We even filed a claim with the manufacturer. Armstrong sent an inspector to look at the floor and he stated that the laminate was not defective and confirmed that the installation was done correctly. The $300 additional charge was for additional work that the member's wanted the installer to do that had not been discussed nor requested until after the job had started. The member's opened a store credit to pay for this project and funding was processed after the job was completed."

Sort of explained it all above. Did not go well.  Will never dart this business again. We were novices at  remodeling.  We had just moved in.
Response from Cline's Carpets, Blinds, and Frame Joynt
"We have never had a customer by the name of (member) but I know from some similarities that the customer who wrote this. She is very good at distorting the truth. When she and her husband first visited our store in 2008 not 1997 as she states, she told the salesperson that she had to come to Lafayette to look at bathroom tile because no one in Monticello would wait on her when she visited their stores. After dealing with her, we understand very well while they wouldn't wait on her. The only thing that she bought from us was tile for one bathroom remodel. She had some inexperienced men frame up her new bathroom and we were to install tile in a shower, tub surround, and a heated tile floor. After the installers screwed down the cement board, which is the correct way to install the underlayment and started to lay the tile, they pointed out to her that none of the frame work in the bathroom was square or plumb and that it would be very obvious once the tile was laid. She told them that she understood that and to "do the best you can". As the job progressed they showed her several times how the tile would look since they had to install it in a room wasn't square or plumb. Each time she said, "Do the best you can." After the floor was laid, the installers put tape over the bathroom door and instructed the homeowners not to enter the bathroom until the next day so that the thinset under the tiles had time to dry. Upon arriving at her house the next morning, someone had walked in the bathroom and every tile that was stepped on had moved. So instead of grouting like the installers had planned for that day, they had to cut out each tile that had moved due to being walked on and reset them. The next time they went back to grout and she wouldn't let them in the house. While they were setting the tile in the bathroom, she asked them if they would look at some tiles in another bathroom tiled years ago that were "popping" up. My installer, as a favor to her, removed the loose tiles that had not had enough thin set applied to them originally and put more thinset under them but he told her that they would be a little higher than the original tiles in the room because more thinset had to be applied to the back of them. She once again told him to "do the best you can". But later she complained that the tiles that he had reset were higher than the original ones. After we made numerous attempts to reschedule a time when the installer could go back and grout the bathroom to no avail, we billed her. Her husband called us with a credit card number to pay the balance of the bill as they had left a 50% deposit when the tile was ordered. We ran the credit card number through for the balance but she disputed the TOTAL American Express bill and AE sided with her. So we have never received any payment whatsoever for this job. We tried a couple times to get payment and each time we received letters from her attorney threatening us so we finally just quit billing her. We did not sell her carpet and did not tile any kitchen countertops. The only room that we were to do was one bathroom. Both she and her husband were reitred so they did not need to take a week off as she stated. At no time when our installers were at her house were there any carpet installers. She seems to have 2 or 3 different jobs confused with each other. The fact that she stated this job was completed in 1997 and it was completed in 2008 says that she is easily confused. We completely understand why no home decorating store would wait on her if she had ever done business with them before."

The job was okay. We spent around $8000 on the job. We thought that they gave us a fair price. They were honest. They normally hire installers to install the carpets. The installers were mediocre. They weren?t perfectionists. There were two different sets of installers. One set dealt with connecting the flooring. They weren?t very punctual. They did an okay job, but not a great job. The other set of installers dealt with the installation of the carpets. They were more punctual and more hard-working. However, we felt that their quality of work was average. They provided us with the best price. We are not sure if we will use them again.
