Cathy Russell Team Real Estate are very friendly. I tried to contact them since moving into the house, just for some different needs that came up. They're amazingly responsive and get back to me with anything I need. They're very professional and honestly care. We didn't think we were going to be able to buy a house on time and would need to rent a place, so they helped us on that end. They helped push the sale through because we didn't really have enough time. They went above and beyond to get it all done in time. We were very impressed with their professionalism and their compassion and responsiveness. They really try to work with their customers. If we needed a realtor again, we would definitely use her. I appreciate that they want return customers and they want people to have good experiences.

"I am very sorry Jacci. I did respond to your cancellation by going to the home to retrieve the sign and lockbox. When I arrived there were contractors repairing the damage. So I asked them is they need the key. They said no so I told them I would put the key in the mailbox in case you needed for another vendor or wanted to remove it. I am very sorry that message was not conveyed to you. I enjoyed working with you I am very sorry we were unsuccessful in getting your home sold"

I have known Cathy since high school. When I sold property last year, I sought her out after hearing about her real estate business on Facebook. When I asked about her reputation from others she always got glowing recommendations. Cathy gave sound advice and directed the sale of the property wonderfully well. So when I decided to purchase a rental property I immediately contacted her again. She was quick to assess and advise on the property I ended up purchasing and made the process of closing on it a real breeze! All of her team members are super helpful as you work with them also. Great job, Cathy and team!
