Went great!  Holly and Randy are great to work with and a pleasure to do business with.  Towe was a referral and was a great company to work with.

I was impressed. More importantly my wife was very impressed, that's not an easy task.  Randy and Holly came and gave an evaluation of all our trees. Randy explained the health our trees, how to keep them healthy, and what we will need to know in the future as our trees continue to grow. All that in a free estimate. Our estimate was itemized and emailed to me within a couple hours. Included in our estimate was the cost of items that could wait a few years, but still recommended. 
Communication with Holly was pleasant and responsive. 
When they came to remove our tree and trim the others, they talked us through the process. I was impressed with the care and precision in their work. I was left feeling as if they had treated our property as it were their own. Once all the debris was removed, they actually fluffed the lawn, front and back with a leaf blower.
Neighbors were so impressed on this Sunday that many were out watching in lawn chairs. I know of 4 people who stopped and asked Randy to stop by their house when finished. 
We have gotten many compliments since.
One month later our yard has little to no evidence such work took place.
Very personable and friendly people.
We plan on using their services again in the coming spring. 

I was extremely happy with the workmanship and the results of the job done by Towe Arbor. I would MOST DEFINITELY hire them again ; and in fact, intend to, as there is other tree work that I need to have done.

Crew of three and worked consistently for over 7-8 hours. Very polite, thorough, and clean up was excellent.

Holly, Randy and an associate worked with great effort during a full day to accomplish the above tasks.  Other contractors I contacted for this work were going to bring their chipper truck to the back of my property to chip most of the dead wood.  Towe Arbor Care used a much smaller vehicle which brought the dead wood to the chipper truck (parked on the street) avoiding damage to the lawn which would likely have occurred under the other method.  I was very grateful for that.  Unfortunately, the time allocated did not allow for all of the debris removal so I will be using them again to complete that task.

There is a right way and a wrong way to do a job.  A few years ago we chose the wrong way in arranging for the removal of a large maple tree from our property.  We hired a man to remove it and down it came, but the stump was left in place.  Since there was no written contract, we had little practical recourse.
Recently we discovered that two ash trees on our property were dying -- probably from the ash tree borer.  This time we chose the right way to arrange for tree removal.  We consulted Angie's List.  We found a letter in Angie?s List written by a home owner who had five trees removed from his property by Towe Arbor Care, and the person had high praise for their work and their price.  We sent an e-mail to Towe Arbor Care.  Two men came out to look at the trees and a few days later we received  a detailed description of what they would do and the price for their service.  Their proposal was very attractive. We requested a copy of their insurance coverage and this was forthcoming promptly.
We accepted their proposal, and on November 1st  a three person team from Towe Arbor Care arrived at 9 AM and worked until 6 PM taking down two trees and cleaning up after the job.  Randy, Holly, and Rick are complete professionals and did excellent work.  In addition to grinding the stumps of the trees they removed, at no additional charge and without being asked, they also ground the
stump of the maple tree which had been previously removed.  All wood and shavings from the felled trees were removed and the yard raked.  We highly recommend Towe Arbor Care for any tree-related services.

They did a smooth job and I was satisfied.

Very professional. Randy came out and checked the tree and determined that it would be OK for a few days and was not in danger of falling. He showed up on time and had the work done when promised. They are a pleasure to work with and will definitely recommend them.

Great job!  Would definitely be a "rehire".  They will be back to continue treating our Ash Tree for the borer problem and our oak tree for fungus.

They worked one very long day and completed all the work.  In addition, they trimmed a couple of dead branches out of a tree in our side yard at no extra cost.  They did an excellent job, were friendly, professional and left the job site clean except for all the logs as requested.  We would definitely recommend Towe Arbor Care and have already.  In fact we plan to have them provide a quote on  some additional work for us this summer. 

Took two days bc it was just the owner and his wife. Still, they did a super job, were always professional and easy to talk. The owner is an arborist so he was helpful giving us tips on various trees in our yard.

Randy was terrific -- he did a beautiful job pruning our trees and generally tidying them all -- they look gorgeous. He removed a large Canadian cherry that was by our patio. We received a written estimate via e-mail. Towe was good about communicating timing and any changes to our initial plan (they had to reschedule once). Best of all, talking with Randy was an education in itself -- he is a knowledgeable arborist and happy to share his experience and expertise. Everything was left clean and ship shape. I will call them again without hesitation.

Randy was very timely with his estimate and with actually performing the work. He and his staff were very professional and worked well together. Randy even set up some bird houses for us after the work was complete. Will definitely use him again when needed.
