Upon the initial contact, of course everything was fine, met with Edward Horton, discussed project and the work began a couple of days later. I was out of town, and Mr. Horton kept calling requesting additional money, after the initial down payment was paid. The work continued the following week, then the painting stopped and he began taking up grass and removed a piece of concrete. I inquired about the painting, he indicated that he had to get assistance to complete, meanwhile the requests for monies continued. He picked out a plant for the front that is inappropriate for outside, he was to make flower boxes, that have yet to be made. He then proceeded to talk about painting a sign on the building, requesting the logo, that never occurred. I began requesting a meeting to discuss my dissatisfaction with the work, he did not want to agree with a meeting, consulted a lawyer to schedule a meeting, he would make excuses and never agree. I have text messages showing his lack of response for weeks. As of this date, there has been no completion, work materials left behind and no plan to resolve.

Never came on time. Worked only a few hours on 2 days. Isn?t responding to our messages after contacting him about why he didn?t show up today as scheduled. Patio a mess.
