We got his number and name from our friends. We took him out the property for an estimate, then we also called him back out to give an estimate for a few other projects on the home. We never signed a contract, we never told him to start the work. About a week went by and we didn't hear from him. I went over to the property and saw his car. I went in and saw that he had started work on the house with out our permission. he had taken up all the rugs, gutted the bathroom and the kitchen.
I was livid! I had him leave the home and then he tried to put a lean on the home because of the work that he had done. We have had the lean removed and the court didn't uphold his site because he was trespassing and we never had a contract.
Always watch him closely.

CARL BETSCH DOES TOP QUALITY WORK. HE ALSO REMODELED OUR KITCHEN IN A PREVIOUS HOUSE AND IT WAS ABSOLUTELY STUNNING. CARL DOES MOST OF THE WORK HIMSELF, HOWEVER WHEN HE DOES SUBCONTRACT, HE IS ALWAYS ON-SITE TO SUPERVISE AND ENSURES THE SUBCONTRACTORS PERFORMANCE IS UP TO HIS STANDARDS. CARL IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM! ALTHOUGH LOCATED IN WEST HARRISON, CARL FREQUENTLY WORKS IN THE INDIANAPOLIS AREA AS WELL.
