We recommend them highly. They weren't cheap but I couldn't find it done any better. I was surprised that they only sent one man to do the work that we had scheduled to do but he was a dynamo. They know what they were doing so that's why we recommended them the first time and that's why I grade them so highly now. They could be cheaper but it's a good value. They are worth everything they charge.

We were pleased.
The service tech called to let us know when he would arrive.
He checked out the air conditioner, changed the filter, and checked the air flow and temperature in the house.
We have an annual service agreement with Edward's Heating and Cooling, and have had one occasion to call them at night for emergency service. They have someone on call all the time, which we appreciate.
The annual service charge covers spring and fall inspections of our furnace/air conditioner, and a discount on replacement parts.
We have been very satisfied with their service.

I have used them for the past seven years for both plumbing and air conditioning. They are very prompt, accommodating, and even put the booties on, when they come in our home, which pleases my wife.

I am an over the road trucker, gone for all but four days a month. While I was away, our landlord had to have the A/C unit replaced. My wife was home at the time this was happening. The first time they came over, they just recharged the old unit, until they could come out with a new one. While my wife was inside the house, she heard music. Turns out, they took it upon themselves to turn on MY stereo in the garage! (the A/C unit is right outside the side door to the garage) No permission, didn't ask, jsut felt at home I guess. She turned it off, as it's OUR electric bill, and felt violated they would just DO that. Then a few weeks later, they came to replace the A/C and the furnace. The furnace is out in the garage. I own a Ford Crown Vic, that fits from furnace to door.. So it would be in the way. My wife had asked for HELP (as in watch to make sure I don't hit anything). They grab the keys from her and take it upon themselves to move the car! Bad enough. But as it's a work day for my wife, she informs them she has to go get ready, leaving them on their own. When she's done, she returns to the garage to find they were done, and they MOVED THE CAR WITH OUT ANY PERMISSION OR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT! A couple weeks later I return home, and we deside to go out, taking our respective cars. I hear a vibration from the rear end (it's always backed it) and think it my fuel pump. I pull out and my wife follows. She informs me my bumper cover is dented. I look, and sure enough, it's dented in, and hitting the tail pipe, causing it to vibrate on the exaust!. I come to the conclution that when they arbitrarily MOVED THE CAR WITHOUT PERMISSION, ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, or SUPERVISION from the owner... they backed into a small antique trunk I have in the corner. Then upon further review, I see a deep scratch on the trunk lid, down to the sheetmetal. These things were not their when I parked it! I go right to their office and explain my displeasure. The girl agrees it was wrong, took photos, and agreed they were at fault. She said she would get back to me. Now I leave for the road again, gone for a month. I come home, still no contact. I visit the office again. A different girl says everyone is in a meeting, and took my number a second time. No call that night. I visit the next day. The original girl was there and said she'd have to get back to me. (I believe it was my and quot;I'd like to do this without lawyersand quot; remark that got the prompt return call) She said their guys and quot;don't remember hitting anythingand quot;... and quot;Didn't hit anythingand quot;.. and and quot;the damage was already thereand quot;. She also mentioned they JUST PAID OF A SIMILAR CLAIM... So this isn't the first rodeo they messed up! They are blaming ME for the damage. I can assure you... if I damaged it, it would look like the other couple places that have touch up paint. And I don't think I would come for minimal damage that I caused!
One would tend to believe, if itand quot; WAS DAMAGED beforeand quot; they moved it... they wouldn't have said and quot;I don't remember...and quot; they are simply covering it up! I found them on facebook, and posted to their wall photos, for anyone who may use them, to understand what can happen. They removed it and blocked me! This seems to me, they may be hiding the fact they did something. This is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and inexcusable. I will NEVER use their service, I will make sure to request the competitor if the land lord needs services done here, and will spread this around for others to know, THEY DO NOT OWN UP TO THEIR FAULTS!
Response from Edwards Heating & Cooling
"Edwards Heating & Cooling made every attempt to provide quick and professional service to the home that the Sutherland's rent. We were asked by the Member to move the car and as a courtesy we put it back in the garage. It was not until 3 weeks later that we were told any damage had been done to the car. We spoke to all technicans that work at the Member's. They all agreed no damage was done to the car. In addition, the damage done to the car does not make sense with the surroundings. I spoke to the homeowner. They were never informed of any damage to their tenant's property. They also want us to maintain the equipment we installed and are willing to be present to make sure a situation like this does not happen again. This case was also turn over to the Better Business Bureau. They decided to close the complaint and not pursue it further once they heard our side of the story. Edwards Heating & Cooling has been in business since 1975. We are a factory authorized bryant dealer which means we are held to higher standard than other dealers. We must maintain a good record in all aspects of business, which we have. We provide excellent service as you can tell from are other reviews."

I think they are very honest and forthcoming. They were very professional and told me exactly what was going on with my furnace and how to fix it.

They had installed the furnace for us in the past so there was no charge for the repair. The person that answered the call was very warm and friendly. They made the call to my tenant and had the job taken care of in a very timely manner.
