Excellent service. Salesman was extremely knowledgeable about products and matching our home with the proper size unit to be comfortable and efficient. Love their "no pressure" approach to sales. Installation techs were very professional and did a super great job with the install. Would highly recommend this company. The project was a complete new gas furnace and AC installation. The installers were friendly and professional and went above and beyond what was originally estimated. The ducting that was estimated wasn't adequate so they made it right at no extra expense to me. Initially it was estimated to be at least a 3 day job but with a little push, they had it all done in 2. After installation they made sure we knew how to set and operate the thermostat before they left.

Due to a breakdown in our furnace and extreme age and wear on old furnace a new one needed to be installed, the technician and service manager went to work very quickly to get a new furnace installed in only one day. Furnace has been working great. They also extended the warranty to us from Gibsons which is also more peace of mind in the long run.

Alan Northrup installed the water heater, did a fantastic job and actually cleaned up the mess and took the old water heater away. He was very effeciant and friendly. Would recommend him highly!

Gibson's was able to complete all my projects with one installer, which would have required two contractors with any other company. The installer was courteous, clean, and professional. The work was completed as quoted without any issues. I would use Gibson's again.

Gibson's Heating and Plumbing is a wonderful example of a successful plan for working with the customer. David, their saleman REALLY knew what he was talking about. He came twice to explain and then answer further questions. He also answered questions on the phone when we called. The installers were also very good. Shawn was the main man. He brought his equitment through the walk-in basement. He was quiet and effective with getting the job done quickly. We did have a minor leak after instillation. We called and someone was here to fix it within an hour. Their estimate was less by far than their competitor. Thanks, George Wilson
