UPDATE: they called me to follow up on sensor warning from 5/13 that they couldn't get to. Set up time to meet me and get me to my work b/f their normal hours. Called to let me know what the prob was and to let me know I was in need of oil change. I okayed both and they called back to set time to bring car and for me to take them back. Would be nice if I wouldn't have to leave job to take them back. .I didn't ask them to.and they didn't offer.
"This particular repair was done in April. The customers vehicle had a check engine light on. After diagnosis it was found that the oxygen sensor had fallen out of the exhaust pipe due to rusted bolts. Our technician drilled out the bolts, re-installed the the sensor and cleared the code. The customer stopped in at a later date stating that the check engine light was on again. Our technician immediately scanned the vehicle and found the code to be a different code than previously worked on. Unfortunately, we were not able to take in another repair for the day, as we had other customers with appointments for the day waiting for their vehicle to be repaired. The customer was informed that even though the check engine light was on, that the vehicle was safe to drive and she was encouraged to make an appointment for another day so that we could investigate the new code/problem. Our apologies if she misunderstood what we were suggesting to her. This review is the first we had heard that the customer was upset. Customer service is our number one priority and is how we keep our outstanding reputation in our community. We do all that is possible to put our customers first and to ensure that they receive the best in the services that we provide. We always encourage customer feedback and for our customers to let us know if there are any problems. We will be contacting this customer to see how we may further help her."
