They had to access through the opposite wall so it was more involved than sweating/soldering pipe at the shower. They installed a very clean access panel and fixed the faucet perfectly. Considering the cumbersome space in which to work and quality of craftsmanship, we were very pleased. We thought the price was fair given the labor and install of a new faucet and fixture. Buchanan has a rep for being overpriced, but this helped sway that anecdotal information.

It was over 100 degrees outside! Even though they were very busy, they were here within an hour. Fixed the problem in less than an hour. We were grateful!

I was very pleased with them. They are knowledgeable and completed the work fast. They are prompt and do a good job. The price may have been a little high but everything else was an A grade.
