It was a night mare. The company knew that insurance was paying for most of the well and we were going to pay our deductible. The company was fine with that. They talked to our adjuster and told us that is would be $6000 to start and give us a 4 inch well at 30 feet. We waited a week for them to start. They had the county survey and got our permit. When we check on them. They said they were no longer going to do it since they had to deal with an insurance company. and they wanted the money up front now with out even starting the well. Then Fisher told the insurance company that they would have to go 100 feet to the other water table instead of 30 for no reason. So half way through the first week NOTHING WAS DONE and then they call us and tell they were not going to do it. Also when this all started. My husband was not home and Fisher called and I talked with him on the phone and he had a very RUDE AND SEXIST ATTITUDE. I was telling some other coworkers about my experience and they had similar problems. They killed a clients tree and then the client had to have it removed at their own expense. And very rude manners were also A common problem that I have heard with this company.
