The roof needed extensive work when I bought the house. The shingles were at the end of their life, the sheathing underneath was moldy, there was no ventilation and there was also a flat rubber section that was leaking. Underneath, there was rotting fascia and a broken rafter that needed repaired. Steve's roofing replaced all the sheathing and shingles, added a ridge vent and vented soffit, replaced the fascia that was rotting, and repaired the rafter. I also had them do seamless gutters. They worked quickly and neatly and left my yard cleaner than when they started. They were easy to get ahold of and kept me updated as to when they'd be on the job. I was very impressed with their professionalism and workmanship.
