Great! I got a new roof, new gutters, gutter guards, and screens after a hailstorm in Frankfort, Indiana. The staff was good to work with, and they made it easy. The salesman was great, in addition to the Operations Manager I worked with in accomplishing the work.

A tree fell on our roof causing damage to the roof and to one of the trusses that support it. The insurance company was acting in what I can only call bad faith, trying to wear us down to accept less than 10% of what we were due. Professional Roofing Solutions fought them on our behalf for 7 months, came to our home every time the insurer sent a different adjuster (which happened 4 times), and ended up getting the insurance company to pay for all the necessary repairs. The repairs were performed quickly and are flawless, the crew took pictures at every step of the process and those were made available to me in their website so I know exactly what was done and how. All throughout the process every single person with whom I dealt was professional, helpful and knowledgeable. The quality of the work is such that neighbors came to look at the final result! I would recommend nobody else!

Roof looks great, only took them about 3 days from start to finish. Ripped off 2 layers of shingles and cleaned up as they went.

Our roof was completed in a timely manner, the crew came early and stayed late and mostly finished in one day. They returned for touch up and additional clean up. We were happy with the results.

Materials dropped off in early May 2021. Work started in early June 2021. Crew shows up on a Wednesday and works most of the day; they tell us they do not have enough materials to finish the job. On Thursday the weather is nice enough to finish the job, but no work is done. A PRS supervisor arrives to walk on the roof and check the job. He does not initiate any contact with us (we saw him on the ladder and his PRS-labeled truck was parked out front). Thursday PM into Friday AM we have continuous very heavy rain. Friday AM we wake up to water pouring into our bathroom via the light fixture and running between the walls into our basement. Wait until 8 AM to call our PRS representative. He acknowledges our crisis and promises to get someone out to our house. The rain continues all morning and into the afternoon, but no crew arrives to fix the roof and no supervisor shows up to check on things or interface with the frantic customers. The same crew that failed on the original job eventually shows up to fix what was wrong, but not until about 4 or 5 PM. Still no visit from any form of management to address what has become a professional nightmare and customer service disaster: no expression of concern, no apologies, no reassurance of doing whatever it takes to make it right, no sense of professional embarrassment. Mitigation of water damage and subsequent repairs took months and thousands of dollars, including a $1000 deductible. Our insurance company paid what they could and sought the balance from Professional Roofing Solution's own insurers, but today we heard from our insurance company that PRS is not insured, despite claims to the contrary on the contract ("insured and bonded, licensed, MSA certified"). We are still reeling from the costs we incurred from the PRS blunders. By the way, the "fix" mentioned earlier did NOT work and we had to insist on a different crew before it got sorted, but in the interim we suffered new water damage which is not covered by our house insurance. Appalling professionalism and horrendous customer service - a huge fail in every possible way.

From the initial call to the last piece of trash cleaned up, these guys were incredible. Met with multiple options for my needs, timely high-quality work. Would recommended 100/100 times.

I knew nothing about roofing or how long a roof would last. The entire team was nothing but professional and after shopping around this was the best rate for the work that needed done. Would happily hire again!

Old roof was off all the way to plywood and new roof installed all in same day. It looks awesome.

At first Brandon (not an owner, but Operations Manager) seemed nice enough and we had no reason not to trust his intentions. He contracts out all the work, so no one from Professional Roofing Solutions did any of the work. My first check was when he had painters come BEFORE the roofers did their job. I questioned it and he said it was fine. The painters did a GREAT job, very friendly and cleaned up after themselves. Then the roofers came...I will concur that the job was more involved than originally thought, but that is NO EXCUSE to have damaged or siding or new paint job. They only protected the front of our house, not the sides or back. After each day, the contractors opened their coolers and were drinking beer on my property! So unprofessional! They were not very thorough in clean-up either. Nails and shingles debris all around. Painters had to come out and touch up/repair scratches and gouges in the new paint. Now, here comes the hardest part. Brandon pursues the insurance company like a bull dog (which could be a good thing), but he "holds it over your head" when it comes to the discussion of money and approved work (this was an insurance job). Brandon pursued the insurance to add more and more things, which also means the bill for their work gets higher and higher. Some of the pursuing was actually necessary since there were things the adjuster could not have seen on top of the roof. We agreed to pay for certain repairs (not on the roof) so that money from the insurance would go towards the increased needs of the roof repairs. We paid out of pocket for the initial tree removal (not through this company) prior to having met Brandon, but for some reason he had it listed on his invoice. When I questioned him about this and every other thing based on the insurance claim and money allotted for that repair, his response was always to the extent of how much extra work he did to get the insurance to pay more and we got a better roof than what the insurance company would have paid for, etc...Just an FYI, the insurance appraiser and her supervisor stated that the shingles used by Professional Roofing Solutions is not that much more in cost than what the insurance was going to pay for. So don't fall for that when that information is given to you. We ended up having to pay more money out of pocket and I can only imagine that it was the tree removal service we already paid for and was added back in by Professional Roofing (because what we paid them out of pocket on top of the insurance claim checks happened to be the exact amount of the actual tree removal service before Brandon got involved). You could essentially say that it was added in twice, once by the company who actually did the work and the second time on the invoice provided by Brandon. He was very unprofessional, he may not think so because of ALL the extra work he didn't have to do for us (which we never asked for or expected). He also would tell me how there was going to be a hold on company vehicles because the job had been completed for a certain period of time and everybody was wanting the money to pay off debt and there will be attorneys involved and more out of pocket expenses from them if they didn't get the insurance checks, that his bosses were breathing down his neck....things that NO contractor should be telling a client/customer. That is very unprofessional. In fact, he had a really hard time disclosing names of these bosses or the name of the contractor who actually did the roofing job. We met one of the owners (Mark), because Brandon had an injury that prevented him from driving, to pick up the last 2 of the 3 insurance checks. He pretty much defended the roofers drinking on our property and even said at times, he takes a case of beer to them because they work hard. Very unprofessional. We were never given a contract to sign and the first time I signed anything was 2 months after contact was initially made to this company and the work was already done, when the one owner came to pick up the second insurance payment. Brandon nor another company representative came out to do a final inspection of the roofing job. The first person that came out was Mark (one of the owners) when he came to get the second insurance check, which was approximately 6 weeks after the roof was replaced. There were many seemingly insignificant issues that snowballed into a less than stellar experience. There are more things I could add, but I'm tired of writing. I just want to forget it all and move on in life. I honestly don't know how they are "one of the highest rated companies" and have all these great reviews. I do not and will not ever recommend Professional Roofing Solutions. I don't know what screening processes that Angie's List has, but maybe it was all the extra work that Brandon did that made this a poor experience.

David Miller and his crew did an excellent job. They were quick and their craftsmanship was of the highest quality. I definitely would recommend, A++! Thanks for my new roof it looks great!

Fast, clean, exceptional

It was excellent, they came in and ask questions, our roof was old and leaking and they fix it for me and they gave me a better rate when I pay cash which I did. I was very happy.

So far so good. I have no leaks. He communicated really well with me.

It went okay. The work is fine. We had some issues with them. The representative promised to talk to my insurance regarding the payment. So I wouldnt have to pay out of pocket. I still had to pay out of pocket. They threatened me unless I paid.

It was good. After I called them, they came in a few hours. They were prompt and did a good job. I gave them a C rating because after they tarped my roof, they were very pushy and did some sales tactic that I didn't like for me to hire them again to do re roofing.

They were awesome. Some shingles was not done so they comeback the next day to fixed it and made sure that everything is okay. They were very friendly, they kept in contact and I was satisfied with the job.

They did an excellent service, quality work, the owner and the workers were knowledgeable and professional.

Was very impressed with the quickness and the work performed. Mark walked through exactly what was gonna happen with the repairs and answered any questions I had. The group of guys that came out were extremely nice and respectful. My dog was able to walk around and greet everybody. Was even able to snag a piece of pizza when they weren’t looking haha. All had a laugh. Great company would definitely recommend. Very happy with the final result
