We cover all electrical systems from changing out your outlet to re wiring your entire home, upgrading/ changing you electrical panel and or service. I explained what I needed done over the phone to Tom and he gave me a quote. Once he got here he told me the price was going to be more. I was disappointed because I did tell him all the work I needed done so I feel he should have honored the quote, instead I paid $300 more. I now feel he gave me a low quote over the phone in one order to get my business and once here he wanted more money.

"I apologize you weren’t happy with our service. I believe there was a mis communication when the project was explained over the phone. The outlet above the fireplace wasn’t apart of the original quote over the phone, as it required more work and materials than the rest of the quoted work. We did not quote low to charge more on site and we’re sorry you feel that way. If you’d like to reach out we can explain further and again apologize you feel the way you do."

I had some major electrical work done. They did a great job! When they finished they vacuumed and swept the areas and cleaned up and disposed of the trash. They tested everything to make sure it all worked. I will definitely hire them again for any future electrical work.

Tom was great. He showed up like he said he was going to and got the job done. We needed some other help, non-electrical, and he found us help with that as well.
