 + -1 morehad to come back messed up my bill was wanting 520. plus for service, took several calls to get right. statement was right on their end but I keep getting wrong bill when logged into my account. still had problem with service and had to have return service call.
Description of Work: changed cable package provided and added telephone and changed modem

 + -1 moreI actually paid on line. I did not have contact with a person. I do go into the store and pay once in awhile and the ladies are very nice there. However, I do think the amount they charge for service is way too high, but I need it.
Description of Work: Took my money for the bill.
