They were extremely responsive, providing continuous updates on progress. No work was conducted without approval, and the broken parts were available for inspection.
Interestingly, they got me a warranty replacement on the headlamp (I had tried to replace it myself and failed; they took a look and said I had received a bad bulb), so they saved me money there.
