The inspection was thorough, professional, and informative. We are first time home buyers, and we were really lucky to work with Castle. Greg was patient with us as we asked many questions. He explained jargon and the condition of the house with clarity. He walked us through the house and taught us a bunch in the process. Furthermore, Greg was very transparent about his knowledge and the areas where we may need to consult a follow-up specialist (such as a licensed carpenter). We never felt rushed in the process. Overall, we would highly recommend Castle Home Inspection.

Greg provided an outstanding inspection that was thorough with a high level of detail. We had a complete picture of the condition of the home we were purchasing as well as an understanding of future repairs and modifications that would be needed down the road. Greg was able to identify the various dates of upgrades and modifications to get a sense of the history of the house. He also provided a great explanation of the severity of various observations. We were highly impressed with the overall experience and would highly recommend him to others.

As a former assistant Home Inspector. I must say that Greg provided a good service at a great price. I would hire him again for another inspection. I would have liked more pictures in the inspection report though. There were some pictures. But there were several issues that were discussed and that made the report. But no picture to show said defect or issue. No pictures of the attic spaces showing minimal insulation levels, lack of access, and an issue with the furnace flue. As some examples. There is no need for a picture showing every issue, But if there is an issue with a flue located too close to combustible materials or an attic is unable to be accessed. Include a picture showing the issue. Besides the lack of pictures, I would hire again.

Greg was professional and friendly. When I made the appointment he would have come 3 day later but my schedule would not allow it. He took his time and was very thorough. I received the inspection results back promptly. I will definitely use Castle Inspections in the future when we purchase a new home.

He was great the first house he inspected definitely glad we had him bc we did not get the house thanks to him pointing things out!! We had him come back when we had the second house and that home we purchased and have been living in it the past two years and love it!! it is our forever home!!

Performed a home inspection for me prior to my putting the house up for sale.  I thought Greg was very thorough and appreciated his suggestions and/or alternatives for some work that is needed.  Very pleased with Castle Inspections.  I won't hesitate to use this company in the future.

They did an awesome job.

Greg was great in every way.  We contacted him on a Monday and had the inspection done on a Wednesday.  Responded to are voicemail immediately, even was available to texts which is needed these days.  We had an 8:30 appointment with him. we arrived at 8:28 AM, he was already there with the whole house opened up and all the lights on. He made sure the furnace was on at the beginning to ensure when we kicked on the a/c unit that we could feel it.  He started on the roof and found some things a roofer we had out the week prior didn't see.  He then walked around the yard checking the fence, windows, doors, and the deck.  He then checked the breaker box and found a few things.  He checked the whole inside of the house very thoroughly just as he did the outside pointing out even the most minor issues just so we knew every little detail of our new home.  Greg was unbelievable and would absolutely recommend him to anyone.  Seemed like a great guy who gave us honest opinions and answers.  If you need a home inspector, call Greg, you can't go wrong.

Greg was very friendly, informative, and professional.  We actually had two home inspections performed by Castle Inspection, the first house we chose to walk away from due to major issues found during the home inspection, the second home we had inspected we decided to purchase.  We felt that all aspects of both homes were thoroughly examined and the findings were presented to us in a non-biased and easy to understand way, allowing us to make an educated and informed decision regarding our home purchase.  We highly recommend Castle Inspection.
