It went very well. We had a power surge in our area right before Thanksgiving. A lot of people had electrical damage to their house. We lost our furnace, stove, satellite, and flatscreen tv. Needless to say Chris was very busy. He made time for us to make sure we had our furnace replaced before our family came for the holiday. He came the day before Thanksgiving and did not gouge us because of the holiday. He replaced our neighbors furnace a few years prior. Their old furnace kept breaking down and they kept getting the run around from another local company. We called Chris to see if he could fix it and it turned out to be a simple $25 part. That is all he charged them. We knew then that Chris was honest. The other place tried to charge them $300 to supposedly fix it and that was after they had been out 2 weeks prior to "fix" it for several hundred dollars. When my neighbors AC broke down the following summer, Chris from Tri County came within an hour to fix it because he knew my neighbor was terminally ill and AC was essential for him. Chris has a lot of integrity and you don't find that in a lot of service providers these days. I can't recommend him enough. He is going to install a new AC and furnace for my other neighbor too. They have spent so much on repairs with another company they could have paid for a new one. Chris measured and told her that her furnace was too big for her house and that she didn't need to spend her money on such a large unit when a smaller one would work better and more effieciently for her square footage. He also offered to replace her thermostat with a simpler one because she was very confused on how to operate the one she has. He is considerate, hard working, honest, and very professional.
