Nickie was great on the phone. She helped me work through my plumbing needs and scheduling. Being personable is very important to me when I am dealing with home repair issues. There was also an issue with my misunderstanding on a bill, and they dismissed it. I will use them again. Thanks!

I had a 45 gallon hot water heater, it was a gas heater, but they changed it to electric and made it an 80 gallon water heater. I have large bathtub and needed an upgrade, because I was running out of hot water. Everything has been working good since then. They do good work, they are just a little expensive.
