Miller's service and responsiveness was A+. Charlie allowed us to borrow several sample carpet panels to take to the house to determine the best carpet and color. Charlie kept me in the loop every step of the way and moved up the installation by a few weeks due to an urgent situation. They delivered and installed the carpet in 3 days in over 3000 sq feet. They worked until 9pm the last day to make sure it all was finished. Charlie came every day to check on the progress and helped move furniture for the installers. I've never seen an owner of a company so involved, hands-on, and responsive. Thanks for getting the job done in record time and great service.

When I walked into the store I was approached by an employee and asked if I need help. I said no I was just browsing and would call on the person when I did need the help. The employee left me alone. He/she did not dog me through the store.
