Bad. Has one year guarantee but only worked for 7 months. Due to the pandemic he said he would extend the time frame. He missed 2 scheduled appts to return and fix it, one of which he did not even call to cancel. I've called him 10 to 12 times since then (May 17, 2021) and he has not returned my calls. I am considering asking for a refund or taking him to small claims court.

Great! Joe is very knowledgeable, and has a real talent for clockwork. His ear for piano tuning is impeccable. Very reasonably priced, punctual, personable and professional service!

Totally unreliable. My clock got dropped and the case broken. I sent Joe an Email explaining the situation. I dropped my clock at Jewel Craft Jewelers per Joe's instruction. Joe was not there and I was given no recipe. My inquiries to the cost and status of my clock by phone, left voice mail, and Email went unanswered. Finally after a month he contacted me and said my clock was ready. He would drop it off the next day at Jewel Craft Jewelers and call me. The cost was about $35. After a week of not hearing from him and not getting a response, I went back to Jewel Craft Jewelers to see what was going on. I found my clock in a box where I had left it, with a note saying he could not fix it and where I should take it. I picked up my clock and left. I had no receipt, signed nothing and showed no ID. I believe I could have easily picked up a much more valuable clock than mine and walked out, without any problem. I wish Joe had told me from the beginning that he did not repair clock cases. Or at the very least dropped it off at the place he mentioned, picked it up and billed me.
