Clinic has 2 entrances...one for cats and one for dogs, which is awesome, especially if you have a breed of dog like mine (terrier) that likes to chase cats, lol. Staff is very friendly and wait time was within reason. We had Dr. Sue Hermes, and she was very hands on...got down on the floor to make my dog feel more at ease, rather than putting her on the table, and explained everything in detail as she did it. She gave the shots herself (many clinics I have been to before have the techs do it) and she was talking and examining our pup at the same time she gave the shots, and our dog didn't even know she had gotten any shots. We got a complimentary month of Trifexis for worms and fleas...and the Dr was very explanatory about our options and costs and rebate information. She was also very detailed and up front about the costs of the upcoming spay and we received an estimate ahead of time. I was actually going to take my dog to a different clinic that offers free spay/neuter services for pit bulls and pit bull mixes for her surgery, but I was so satisfied with our visit and our vet that I decided to go ahead and get it done at this clinic. I would recommend this clinic without hesitation.

Dr. Hermes checked our cat Onyx's eyes, ears and her torso and I don't think that Onyx even knew she was being examined. I think Onyx thought she was just being loved on. she has never tried to get away from Dr. Hermes like she does most strangers.
