Errol did a great job from giving us an estimate and explaining what he would do, to the completion. The deck floor was plywood under the screen framing. He took the time to lift the frame around the entire porch to place the new plywood under the screen framing, instead of just cutting around the framing. The work was very good and I look forward to using his company again. We are 100% satisfied with the work.
