They fixed it at the store. I get unlimited phone, unlimited text and 10 gigabytes of data. The price i am not happy about, but everything else they have done for me i always give them an A. I will use them in the future because their service is wonderful wherever I go. I had another carrier before but I went back to Verizon. I was at Mackinaw Island and I did not have any cell service. I was at my sister's lake house which has no internet and I was able to get phone calls and texts. I am pretty happy with that part of Verizon.

Let me first start by saying that I have never had any good luck with Verizon's customer service on a national level, but the customer service at the store is excellent. I went there because I was having problems with my phone and they were able to fix and diagnose the problem quickly and without frustration.

The service and help at the Valpo store was excellent. We visited another Verizon store in another town and couldn't even talk to any one, (and they weren't that busy). Valpo store is very organized -- you check in when you get there so if there is a line you can look at displays until sales person is available-- and helpful. We drive from La Porte because of the service we get even though there are stores in Michigan City and carriers right in La Porte.
