Gave an estimate, when I told them I would have the work done I was told to call the office, who then told me I had to sign the estimate then make the appointment.  Luckily I ran down the drive and caught the man before he left.  I signed the form and he told me the office would call me.  I waited a few days then called the office to ask when they would schedule the work.  I was told that it would be Thursday of that week.  I asked that they call before arriving so I could put my dogs inside.  They did this, which I appreciated.  They preformed the work quickly and I paid them.  I should have walked around the house before they left, but I did not.  They left piles of debris by the downspouts.  The work on the screen door looks good, but they had moved lawn furniture to get to the door and never put it back.  They also did not clean up that mess.
