Everything from beginning to end was seamless (no pun intended) and our every need was attended to.

One great experience. From the sweetheart sales lady, Robin, to the wonderfully capable installers. Robin went out of her way to make this happen. She recommended a durable, "dog proof" flooring solution. Of course, there is no such thing but we decided on something that should have a long life. An estimator was sent out asap. Very professional and pleasant. Robin called back with a price and happily applied a coupon which negated the tear out and disposal of the old carpet and tack boards.
The installers arrived one morning right on time. All three of the guys were polite and efficient. They wasted no time in stripping the floor, prepping the surface and laying the pad and laminate. Special attention was paid to the hydronic radiators and meticulous attention to the fireplace irregular base.
The team of three completed the job in four hours and left the area clean. We could not be happier with our decision to hire Tudor.

I visited Tudor Floors at their Silhavy Road location where they have a huge selection of carpet and other flooring to suit every budget. Took me five minutes to choose exactly what I wanted, good quality carpet at a fair price. A day or so later owner Mauri came to my home to measure, explain the installation procedure and answer any questions.
Installation was arranged approximately two weeks later. The installation team of two brothers arrived exactly as scheduled, worked really well together, removed the old carpet, checked and cleaned the floor underneath and installed the new carpet. They worked hard, fast and professionally and took the smelly old carpet with them to re-cycle.
I had to actually tone down this review in case readers thought I had some personal connection to Tudor Floors - none.
I chose them after careful consideration, research and review of other companies. They do a good job and deserve their reputation.

I was very pleased with them. They did a great job and the product was just great. The price was very reasonable. I like the selection of floorings and their knowledge of flooring business and it was very pleasant dealing with them.

Sharon at Tudor was able to fit my installation into her busy schedule and had exactly what I needed.

We used Tudor Floors for tile installation in our newly renovated master bedroom and bathroom. This was a big job working with our designer and very costly. Based on our experience, we would never use this company again nor would we recommend them to anyone else. They started late with absolutely no explanation, after we'd had other trades working overtime to finish by the start date we were given. They completely underestimated the amount of time it would take to finish the project, throwing off our entire renovation schedule. On top of that, they pulled our installers off work for 2 days with no explanation as to why- we were then told it was so they could go work on another project. When we called to complain, we were told that "everyone wants their work done now." The person we spoke to was condescending and not at all helpful. They wouldn't have the installers start early or work weekends to make up the lost time. After all of that, the work was shoddy at best. They managed to slope our shower floor wrong so that water drained all over the bathroom floor instead of towards the drain. Although they did eventually admit their error, it was almost another month before they managed to find time to fix it, and the repair that was done (adding additional drains) looks terrible with our overall design. All in all, we had a terrible eperience and would never use them again.

The tile I chose was a good quality, my disappointment was the way it was installed. I had researched the job, and expected it to be done properly.I have a small foyer at my front door. The tile meets a hardwood floor. The hardwood floor had 2 boards that were damaged, so I wanted those removed and the tile to meet the remaining wood floor. I was not home when the installer arrived, so my husband dealt with him. When I arrived home, I was livid. First, the installer only removed 1 and 1/2 of the damaged wood flooring. This left an uneven choppy look to the remaining wood pieces. Second, the cut end of the tile was next to the wood, not at the door threshold where it would be hidden.Third, backerboard was used (which was unnecessary and unwanted in this case) which raised the floor height 1/2" higher than the wood floor, causing a trip hazard and potential injury since the cut tile wasn't a machined edge.Fourth, when my husband complained, he offered a piece of wood trim that was not a reducing strip but a molding that would make it a bigger hazard.Fifth, when I called in to complain, I got no where. I believe it wasn't a 'big enough job' for them to care; consequently, I've never used them again.

Type of flooring was recommended to me due to moisture resistance and durability. It is very beautiful and looks just like ceramic tile but is not as cold. Estimate was timely and efficient as well as detailed. Work was scheduled due to my needs and within a short timeframe. Work took less time than I anticipated. Jerry did an excellent job. Skills are topnotch and I am thrilled with the results!

They are good. They are professional, they got the job done, and there weren't any problems.

It was partially covered by the insurance. It was $1000 including the deductible. They were great. They were quick to respond. They were very helpful. I liked them. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Both installers did excellent work. Arrived on time, professional, courteous. My complaints are for the company and its representatives. I felt rushed to choose from the very few samples they brought, and had the impression that the company would have treated me exceedingly well if I had been redoing an entire large, expensive home. Of course it was my decision to proceed with this company in spite of my hesitations.

I have no idea about the cost because my daughter bought it. Our overall experience was very good. So far I would say it was good quality. They were responsive and they were on time. We have no complaints about them.

I was happy with them. I think the guy that came out to measure was one of the owners. They were very willing to do what I wanted them to do. It was very nice. It was done very professionally and very neatly. They cleaned up after themselves and took off the old stuff when they left. I had no problems with what they did. They are very good at telling us what is good for usages in certain areas. I am going to have some carpeting done here in the next 6 months and they will probably be the ones that I will go to.

great! we had just bought the condo, and seller only put new carpet in living room. we wanted everything to match. Tudor looked up the seller's order and installed the same carpet in our bedrooms. very easy to schedule, showed up when they said they would, done quickly/professionally. two great young guys came to the house... clean-cut, English.

This company is excellent. The customer service was outstanding. They really understand the process and help you through it. The installation went well and I love my floors.

The salesperson was professional and extremely helpful. She listened to our concerns/likes/dislikes and took into consideration our price range. She selected several carpet and tile samples which we were allowed to take home. After selection/purchase, the installers came on time and did excellent work. The carpet installer, unfortunately, laid one section of carpet in such a way that a seam was apparent and we did not notice this for a couple of days (when a certain light hit the area). As Tudor had specifically drawn the way the carpet was to have been laid, it was an error on the part of the installer (although he did an excellent job and was on time and friendly). When we contacted Tudor they responded immediately and replaced the carpet quickly at our convenience, without question and without further expense on our part. We would never use anyone else as our experience with them over the years has been wonderful. They are professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

We really wanted to accentuate the look and feel of the room so we decided to take out the old floor we had and install a brand new tiger wood floor. Wow, what an excellent job Tudor did with this. They showed us what would be done each step of the way, followed up with us to make sure we were one hundred percent satisfied and gave a price we couldn t beat anywhere else.

Carpet and install went very well. Installers had to work around a lot of odd corners, curves, and other "features" of the basement layout. Professional job, and nice results. We'd come back again.

THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. THEY HELPED US MOVE THE FURNITURE OUT OF THE ROOM. THEY DID RESPONSIBLE WORK, BUT I DO THINK THEY COULD HAVE DONE A LITTLE BETTER OF A JOB.

YOU DEFINITELY CAN'T GO WRONG WITH TUDOR FLOORING. THEY DO REALLY BEAUTIFUL LOOKING WORK. THE INSTALLERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND QUICK. WE ARE GOING TO GET THEM BACK IN HERE PRETTY SOON.

I HAD A DIFFERENT, MORE EXPENSIVE KIND OF CARPET PUT IN THE DINING ROOM THAT I'M NOT HAPPY WITH BECAUSE IT'S NOT WEARING WELL, BUT I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE REST OF THE CARPET. THE COMPANY WAS ATTENTIVE AND THE WORK WAS DONE WELL AND QUICKLY.
