The employees of Tri-County Roofing went above and beyond to fulfill their motto "Done Right." My roof replacement was an insurance claim. Joe, in sales, worked with my insurance adjuster after his evaluation of the damage also showed that my ventilation was not up to code, and the insurance increased the benefit to bring my ventilation up to code. Nate,the supervisor, talked to me every day regarding the progress of the work and answered my questions. The crew - Nick, Danny, Tim, Balazs, David and Isaac - did an outstanding job and cleaned up my property at the end of every work day. I am completely satisfied with Tri-County Roofing and would recommend them to anyone who asked me.

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
Tri-County Roofing and Gutters did a quality job to repair damage from an ice dam problem we had. We had damage in an upstairs bedroom all the way down to the floor of our dining room below. They came up with solid and innovative solutions to our roofing problem and were able to handle more complex rotting to our OSB and rim joists which were discovered as the roof was being fixed. While they are not necessarily cheap, they do a professional job that solves the problem for once and for all.

This business is very professional. They responded quickly once I submitted my request on Homeadvisor. The appointment was made 2 days later and Jason came out to my home, assessed the problem and fixed it. He was very polite and thorough. I suppose I will not know for sure if the repair solved the problem until it rains a few more times, but I feel confident that the repair worked! I would recommended this company.

They arrived promptly for the repair estimate and were very thorough. They took a number of photos of the problem area and drew a diagram to explain the problem and exactly how they were going to fix it. Once we decided to go with them they scheduled the job promptly, arrived when they said they would and finished on time. We will definitely use them again.

I am very disappointed as of yet with my roof certification. I have been back and forth with Liz and Justin trying to get the certification in a format that is needed to follow through with financing on my house. Several time I have been told that I would have my certification at such and such time. it is now twice that I have been given this lip service. I would like some intervention on behalf of Service Magic.
