As Valpo natives, we contacted Dean to help us relocate back to the area from out of state.  We knew his reputation for honesty and integrity.  He was truly always considerate of our position, never pushy or impatient and answered all of our questions relating to the many properties we saw regardless of how many people he had to go through to get an answer.  One of our purchases was for an investment property and we had a somewhat hard-to-communicate-with Seller's Agent.  Dean always stuck to it and remained very professional and kept our goal at the forefront even though he was put in an uncooperative situation.   He is a very knowledgeable and capable Broker/Owner.  His daughter Deanna was also very professional and helpful and filled-in twice when our schedules conflicted and there was a new property on the market we wanted  to see right away.  I would certainly recommend them for help in any real estate transaction.  When we sell out home, we will be calling Dean!  It is refreshing to have such neighborly and sincerely good-hearted people to help make life's big decisions easier and smooth.  I can see why he has had his own smaller office for years - no games at all!  Just an honest day's work in a friendly manner.
