I made an appointment on their 800 number after 5PM on Tuesday. They came the next day on schedule and completed the job (including moving some furniture) in a very efficient manner. They did a good job considering that the carpet was very dirty and had not been steam cleaned in three years.

I WOULD RECOMMEND STANLEY STEEMER TO EVERYONE, BECAUSE THEY DO VERY PRECISE CLEANING JOBS. EVERY BIT OF THE DIRT MAGICALLY DISAPPEARED, AND IT DIDN'T TAKE THEM VERY LONG EITHER.

I LIKED THEIR PROFESSIONALISM. THEY MADE SURE THAT NONE OF MY ANIMALS GOT OUT OF THE HOUSE WHILE THEY WERE CLEANING THE CARPETS. THEY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THEY DID AS THEY WERE DOING IT.

THEY USE STEAM SO THAT THE CARPET ISN'T WET FOR A LONG PERIOD OF TIME. THEY GOT OUT ALL OF THE SPOTS IN THE CARPET VERY WELL. I HIRED THEM BECAUSE THEY HAD A SPECIAL GOING ON.

THE CARPET LOOKED SO NICE WHEN THEY WERE DONE WITH IT. THEY MOVED ALL THE FURNITURE OUT OF EACH ROOM TO MAKE SURE THAT THEY GOT THE WHOLE CARPET CLEANED. I WAS COMFORTABLE WITH THEM WORKING IN MY HOME.
