Excavation
The job went very well. We had water drainage problems, because of poor topography of our land. Mr. Spencer gave us an estimate, and spent a day hauling dirt and moving soil with his earth moving equipment. After he finished, we have no further problems with drainage - and the final bill was less than his estimate. The smoothness of our soil after he finished was excellent! There were no large dirt clods - and it was very easy for me to sow grass.
