According to my contractor friend who supervised the work it took some pleading to get the company to start the work. After starting, they were here every day to get the job done. Because of a miscommunication somewhere, the door opening was put in the wrong place. The company had to patch the hole with concrete and removed concrete in the correct spot to fix. Also the company did not order enough concrete for the job so an emergency call was made to get some additional concrete for the garage floor. An additional pad was poured in front of the garage but sank several months later. I had this removed by a driveway installer and poured asphalt instead. Because I used my friend as a project supervisor I am not sure how many of these problems were because of him or the concrete company. I would only consider using this company if I had several excellent reviews from other customers.
