There was nothing I didn't like.  Everything else was great.

They did a nice job. They are always prompt, courteous, and professional. I have been very happy with them and will continue to use them.

I called because my air conditioner went out. They came that day. I explained that I had another appointment and tomorrow would be okay. They asked if they could come before my appointment. I, of course said yes and they were here as they promised, right on time. The technician was courteous and efficient. He left right before I had to leave and was extremely professional. I will call them every time I need any heating or air conditioning work repair or replacement.

When I called, they were able to send someone the same day. I bought their service contract which I thought was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

I was very pleased with them. The first guy did a thorough job but maybe he over-tightened things and caused the bearings to create the noise they did. They fixed it and it seems to be running very well. The quality of work and responsiveness were very good. The final price was close to $300.

Great job. Personable. Professional. Really knew what they were talking about. So glad we didn't go with the first company that we had come out. The other company was going to charge double and do a lot of unnecessary work! We noticed a huge difference in the heat right after the adjustments were made!

Wonderful. They were able to come out right away and replace our old furnace that broke down. Our rental property now has an energy efficient, shiny new furnace!

I was quite satisfied with the knowledge and professionalism of this contractor. They knew exactly what it was I needed to have and had no problem adapting the single unit system to my home. I felt the price was exactly what I thought it would be, based primarily on the fact that this system is a high tech environmentally friendly system. I highly recommend these gentleman and will use them again.

Our Hvac system was not turning on. We called R & P and they came out that very day. They replaced our transformer and contractor on our hvac and because they are a rep for the manufacturers and the parts were under warranty even though they did not put our hvac system in. I am very pleased with their service and will always use them.
