Nw Indiana Fence Co

Received estimate in August 2020, was told 10 week wait, 2 day install. Waited 16 weeks (With no communication from them), every time I'd call I would get a different story then on scheduled days for install they never showed up, install took 7 days. One day the install crew told me they wouldn't be here next day as they had a bigger job! Estimate was for 413' of fence, fence on north side of property was to go back 130' & only went 123'. They fought me on a credit of 11' since that was the total I was shorted (Also shorted 4' across back). While waiting for credit of 11' I was told on December 21st that salesman would speak with owner about a credit, finally received a final bill today marked "Seriously delinquent!". Really? You said you were going to speak with owner about my credit? Over $14,100 fence job & you want to screw the customer & give me an $84 credit! What a Mickey Mouse organization. The good news is the material which is black aluminum is of high quality. I hope I never need any warranty work.

I had a great experience with this company. I originally found them on Angie's list. Damon, the owner came out to do the estimate. He was very helpful, responsive and thoroughly explained the process and timeline for installing the fence. His crew came out a few days after I signed the estimate and put the pilings in. They also had to trim a number of bushes in order to install the fence. They were very neat and did a good job cleaning up the area when they finished. They came out a few days later (after the cement hardened) and completed the job. I highly recommend this company and plan to use them again when we install a fence on the side of our house.

I was able to get the fence installed when I needed it done.  They were very professional and definitely knew what they were doing.  Now I know why I would never install a fence - hard work!  They arrived when they said they would and got the job done in a timely manner.  I would use them again.  Nice people to work with.

Damon worked with us on the new fence plan and subsequent submission to the city for approval. The job had to be done is stages since we have a pool inside the fence and we did not want to have any time when the pool was left open. At two points during the project they had to remove posts and reposition the fence line which was done without complaint and no extra charges. In the end we have a beautiful new fence and are happy we went with NW Indiana Fence.

THEY DID GOOD WORK. THEY WERE JUST VERY SLOW ABOUT GETTING STARTED. I CALLED THEM AND THEY SHOWED UP SIX WEEKS LATER. IT ONLY TOOK THEM ABOUT THEM ABOUT TWO DAYS TO PUT IT IN.
