Mockler Heating and Air Conditioning

Furnace was making a kind of wobbly noise when it ran. I noticed it when first running the heat in the fall, but didn't get around to calling Mockler until mid-January. (He had repaired several electrical problems maybe 5 years ago.)
We scheduled a time two days later, at a time right after my work day, when he diagnosed the problem. He came back a few days later with the new motor, at which time he also cleaned out the accumulated dust and crud.
Also he left a properly-cut piece of filter material for me to install at a later date, since he noticed that the ones I cut and install do not fit very well.

We came home to our house colder than usual. We called Mockler Heating and AC after some review online and Mark was onsite that same evening. The blower on our furnace went out and he was able to determine this, obtain the part and repair it within a couple hours. This prompt resolution was important to us with the cold weather approaching. We would consult him again.

Friday evening: my furnace would start, but before the main blower turned on it would make funny noises and eventually start over. Investigating (it is in the crawl space) I found it blinking a code, cycling the breaker made no difference. Saturday morning I called Mockler, who had worked on the same furnace with an air conditioning problem last summer. He came about an hour and a half later, and even though he had to go find a part he had it fixed in relatively short order.

Mockler is knowledgable, careful, and professional. For the A/C problem (the first time I tried to turn on the A/C) he fit me in on the same day.
