He is extremely personable. He has a good bedside manner. He also takes all the time that you need, he has been with me for over an hour. He explained everything. I couldn't recommend him highly enough. He is like the old-fashioned kind of guy. Staff was excellent too. I think we got in in less than 10 minutes of our appointment time. We did not have to wait. Everybody was courteous, respectful, helpful and answering your questions. This is probably the most positive experience I've had in a doctor's office in many years.

Dr. M reviewed the issue with my foot and what I had done to treat it before coming into the office. He suggested a treatment plan and provided the appropriate prescriptions. The prescriptions were electronically transmitted to my preferred pharmacy.
He also answered three other, non-related health questions I had and willingly offered his opinion on each of them.
Overall I was quite pleased with his approach, willingness to discuss issues, and left the office feeling I was a person for whom he cared and that I could easily communicate with regarding my health issues.

He is really great; I like him. The whole practice is great. We need to wait for a little while, but he is always available. His office can get us in five minutes; they are great. The staff over there is top notch. With regard to bedside manner, he is a good guy. With regard to billing and administration, they got it straightened out now. They had some screw-ups before, but they are good now. They take lots of different kinds of insurance.
