MIDWEST RENTALS & SALES INC

We rented a pressure washer from Midwest Rentals & Sales Inc. on Saturday afternoon to be returned on Monday early morning (We rented for all day service $60.00 since it was going to rain on Saturday and the store closed on Sunday). We drove about 20 minutes (one way) to the store. Staff showed us briefly how to use the machine when we picked it up. We started using the machine late Sunday morning. Not too long after that, the machine?s water host was leaking. We tried to call the store a couple of times wanting to notify them of the issue, but the store did NOT have an answering machine. Wanting to get our job done, we tried to patch the host with tapes that we had at home. It did not work, the water kept on leaking and leaking. We could not get pressure from the machine, so we had to quit our cleaning. We returned the machine before 8 am Monday morning as instructed. After telling our story, the store told my husband that they would give him a store credit of $40.00. My husband did not want to use any more service from that store due to issues that we had, he tried to negotiate for money back instead. The store insisted on giving us a store credit. We seriously do NOT know what to do with the credit since we do NOT plan to use their service anymore. Not only we did not get our job done, we had to spend money on renting the machine as well as gas driving back and forth, the machine did not work properly as promised, we also had store credit that practically useless for us. This is a really bad experience for us; we will NOT go back to Midwest Rentals & Sales Inc. again.

Order on Saturday morning for 4 PM that day - no problem - all gased up and gave visual instructions on how to operate!
