She even made sure to include my children on our final decision on our home. She is truly great at what she does. We are still in the final steps but wouldnt ask for anyone else in my corner.

Everyone has different expectations when deciding to purchase a home.  My wife and I are the type to do extensive research before making any long term commitments so as to make informed decisions based on our individual needs.  Picking the right person to help with the home purchase process is just as important as the home purchase itself.  We contacted Alison Rentschler in February of 2014 as a possible candidate to represent us in our home purchase.  After sitting down with Alison for about 1 1/2 hours, my wife and I were convinced that she would be the person that helped us through the home purchasing process.  Alison is a virtual newcomer to the Real Estate industry but we decided that she would be our representative because we were unwilling to hire someone that is jaded to the process.  Alison was a teammate rather than a person trying to make a commission and we never felt like she was trying to push into purchasing a home we did not want.  She was very patient through the whole process and was willing to get us new listings in a new area when we changed our mind about location  Alison was also available for inquiries even while she was on vacation with questions regarding negotiation strategies.  We finally found our new home after a deliberative 8 month process that consisted of many viewings and multiple purchase offers.  Even though we closed on our new home October 16th, 2014 in Munster, Indiana, Alison has continued to stay in contact with us as a security blanket to any needs that arise.  I can only say that Alison exceeded our expectations and we would recommend her to anyone that seeks the same things we wanted in a real estate agent/broker, honesty, integrity and the willingness to finish the job.
