Lori K installed a new shower for me 2 days ago and it's absolutely wonderful! The installers Tom and Joe were excellent; friendly, professional. However when I went to use it the next day, there was a problem with the drain. I called and they got back to me right away and came out the very next day to take care of the problem. Even though it ended up not being any fault of Lori K and needed a plumber, Lori K took care of everything even the cost of the work the plumber had to do to get it right. I am so impressed with their business ethics and customer service. I would not hesitate to call them in the future for any other work I need done. I highly recommend Lori K Bath for your remodeling needs.

We used Lori K Bath to complete a total remodel of our bathroom. Jeff and Mike came out and did an awesome job! They were professional, fast, and hard-working! They cleaned up after themselves and were very careful moving items in, out, and around the house. The company took time to talk to us and explain the process. We would highly recommend and use them again!

We are very pleased with our shower remodel from Lori K; converting our tub into a walk in shower, it looks absolutely amazing; Jeff and Harold were great; work was professional, they were very nice and did an exceptional job, and in the end it was a five star job. It did take a little longer than expected; an issue with the wrong doors which took another week of waiting. Not a big deal; a fixable problem; still 5 star work. If there is anything I would say to improve customer service, it is calling the customer, not the customer calling you for scheduling and updates; however this is minor and can be fixed; you did an awesome job and we would highly recommend Lori K and we would most definitely use you again. We do have two other bathrooms.
