HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!! In our initial meeting with Kenneth Kain, the owner of Lincoln Remodeling, he came to our house and inspected our problem. He saw a fuse was burned out in the fireplace unit and removed it, saying he would order a new one and come back to install it. We have not heard from Kenneth Kain since. We have called him constantly day after day, leaving voicemail after voicemail and have never gotten a call back. At this point we have decided continuing to attempt to get in contact with Kenneth Kain would be a waste of time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR JOB TO NEVER GET FINISHED!!!!!
