Had stopped in to see what was available and when the shower was completed by the contractor, stopped and to pick out what I wanted and got an appointment for measuring. They came on time, delivery of new door was early, and they promptly installed. Looked great. Had very early failure on the door sweep/wipe (two months of use).

They're not proactive at all. Had to go to the store too many times because the owner "was too busy". Called for a quote on another job but she said to come in & pick stuff out and then she can give me a price. But didn't even ask what I needed?? Finally went in & picked stuff out, gave them my info & wait for them to call to measure. Never heard from them again. Would love to spend local but when they don't seem to care about my business, I won't go back. I'm "too busy"...

THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCELLENT. THEY ARE FRIENDLY AND THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL. THEIR WINDOWS WERE ALL MEASURED CORRECTLY AND THE WORKER WAS VERY POLITE.

THE NEW STAINED GLASS LOOKS GREAT IN THERE AND THE DOOR ISN'T STICKING ANYMORE, SO I AM HAPPY WITH THEM. I DID THINK THE COST COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER, BUT I THINK STAINED GLASS IS KIND OF EXPENSIVE.
