House Cleaning
We had relatives coming this weekend and I called early in the week to request that they come this Friday rather than the usual time and they agreed. I called yesterday (Thursday) to double check that someone would come out to the house and the lady said yes. After about an hour past the time they said they would be here, I called and they said no one could come out because there was a miscommunication and apparently she thought I wanted another Friday. Why would I call the day before to double check if it was the following Friday? Rather than calling up an employee or two to attempt to get someone to come out here and clean the house, they chose to lose my business. It was their fault and yet they didn't try AT ALL to keep their word or to help me. I am one dissatisfied customer.

A FRIEND HAD TOLD ME ABOUT THIS COMPANY AND THEY WERE ABLE TO COME AND GET THIS HOUSE CLEANED BEFORE I MOVED INTO IT. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PROMPT. I DIDN'T HAVE TO SIT AROUND AND TELL THEM WHAT TO DO AS THEY JUST GOT RIGHT TO WORK.
