Hoosier Window Washer

Even though the weather was "iffy" because of rain forecasts and cool weather, they showed up exactly on time. I even got a reminder call the day before that they were coming. They walked me around my house and described again what they'd do. The house looks like "brand new". The patios look terrific. They were espcially careful with all the landscape plants. I couldn't be happier!!!!

Hoosier Window Washers did a fabulous job. Three guys did the job and used ladders even for third story windows. The next day, a neighbor down the street had her windows washed, and the crew was using a pole to wash the high windows. Booh! The Hoosier cleaners even offered to put the screens back up even though it wasn't part of the job. This was an unexpected and appreciated surprise! The crew was very detail oriented and even did the insides of storm doors, which I didn't expect them to do. They were friendly, and the price couldn't have been beat. They gave me a 10% discount because I was a new customer. I will definitely go with this company the next time around! See you next spring, Hoosier!

Also, brought to my attention that some of the seals on my windows were broken so I can get them replaced under warranty. Thank you!

First of all the secretary, Cara, was very professional.  I appreciate her help in getting the service appointment set up.  I was out of town when they had first arrived, and she let me know by voicemail that they had come out to do the service in the back of the house, but would be back to do the cleaning in the front of the house on Friday or Saturday; the gutters were still frozen there, so they could not do the work in one day, which I was completely fine with.  They came out on Friday as promised to finish the job and they were very professional and quick.   I also received a 10% discount which was nice of them to offer me.  I would use this service provider again if I were not moving out of the area.

I love Hoosier Window Washer! The are always on time and get the job done quickly. They wear booties in the house and are very careful around my furniture, etc. They are also friendly and polite! In the fall they remove my screens and take them to the basement for me and in the spring they will bring them upstairs and wash them before they put them on again. The price is very reasonable. When they leave the windows are gleaming and a joy to look through.
